About Us

In 2001, our two-month-old daughter Leora had her first seizure.  It started our family on the roller-coaster ride of doctor appointments, hospital stays, and more seizures.  Medicine works for a while, but Leora's seizures always come back.

Dr. Solomon Moshé oversees Leora’s care at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.  Unfortunately, Leora has spent too many days over the years at CHAM’s Epilepsy Unit.  Leora’s sisters, Annie and Dahlia, are very supportive of Leora when she has a seizure.  They make sure that Leora is safe and reassure her that she is going to be okay.

Annie has been the driving force behind Together We Walk.  She wants to help find a cure for this horrible disease.  Let’s support Dr. Moshé’s Epilepsy Research Fund at CHAM.  It would be wonderful if not another moment was lost to seizures.

Thank you for all of your support!
