What time is registration?
Registration opens at 1:00pm. 

When is the opening ceremony?
The opening ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm

Will the opening ceremony be livestreamed?
Yes, the opening ceremony will be livestreamed.  The livestream will be available on the home page of the website one week before the event.

 
When does the walk start?
The walk will begin immediately following the opening ceremony.

Where do I pickup my t-shirt?
T-shirts can be picked up on-site at the registration tent. T-shirts will be sent to virtual walkers starting one-week before the event.   Please register early to ensure that your t-shirt arrives on time.

What if I cannot complete the 5K?
The on-site walk is designed to be approachable by walkers of all abilities. The walk consists of three loops through downtown Chappaqua. Walkers are welcome to complete as much of the course as they are comfortable. Spectator seats are available at the finish line.  

 
Where will the proceeds of the walk go?
All donations are given to the Epilepsy Research Fund at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore.

 
What if I receive a donation check or cash?
Please make checks payable to "Children's Hospital at Montefiore" and add "Epilepsy Research Fund" in the memo line. Please contact us for mailing instructions.

Will food and drinks be provided?
Water, Gatorade, and light food will be provided on site.

 
Are tax receipts available?
Yes, a tax receipt will be sent to each donor.

 
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine so if it rains, please bring your cheerful attitude and a rain jacket.
